EMF and 5G: The Non-Thermal Biological Effects
Electromagnetic fields (EMF) — including radiofrequency radiation from mobile phones, WiFi routers, smart meters, and the rapidly expanding 5G millimetre-wave infrastructure — interact with biological tissues through mechanisms that the current UK regulatory framework (based on ICNIRP guidelines focused on thermal effects) wholly fails to account for. The rapid, uncharacterised mass deployment of 5G technology — operating at millimetre-wave frequencies that interact with skin and eye tissues in ways never studied in long-term human trials — represents one of the most consequential uncontrolled biological experiments in human history.
